you for attending this years Open House! Our second year
having
this event was a great success. Many people from the Mt.
Angel
area and some people from as far away as Salem and Portland attended
this year.
Children learned about calling 9-1-1, stickers and junior firefighter hats were given away, children of all ages were able to see the Reach 8 helicopter up close, proper use of a fire extinguisher was taught, demonstrations of extrication were given, water was sprayed, CERT and Woodburn Ambulance shared information, fire trucks were on display, people enjoyed a meal, and all of this happened on a beautiful June afternoon in Oregon! We would also like to thank Bochsler Hardware, Mt. Angel Sausage Company, Ebner's Custom Meats, Kieth's Towing, and Spring Valley Dairy for sponsoring this event. Thank you, again, for coming and we will see you all next year! 6/17/2012 Open House 2012 -
